Influence

Milyo and co-authors find that campaign contributions
by political action committees have little or no relevance to legislators'
voting habits.
Freedom's Environmental Rewards: A Global
Comparison
by Don Coursey and Christopher Hartwell
Coursey and Hartwell find that countries with
greater economic and political freedoms tend to have healthier
environmental conditions.
A Logic of Governance: A Framework for
Studying the Effectiveness of Public Policy and Programs
by Laurence E. Lynn, Jr., Carolyn Heinrich, and Carolyn Hill
Lynn and co-authors offer a first step in framing a
