Loading Media Files to an iPod
*Requires iTunes. Download from Apple.

1. Right click on the Apple or earphones
     icon for the desired session and
     choose "Save Link As" to save the file
     to your computer. NOTE: Video files are
     zipped. Double click on them to un-zip.
2. Open iTunes and from the FILE menu,
     select ADD TO LIBRARY or IMPORT,
     then navigate to the file you just
     downloaded.
3. iTunes will take a moment to import the
     file. The audio-only files (mp3) will
     appear in the LIBRARY: MUSIC section
     (listed on the left). The video files (m4v)
     will appear in the LIBRARY: MOVIES
     section.
4. Plug your iPod into your computer and it
     will appear in the list on the left.
5. Click on MOVIES or MUSIC to display the
     video or audio files you've just imported.
6. Drag the desired files and drop onto the
     icon of your iPod. Repeat as needed to
     get all of the files onto your iPod. NOTE:
     You can view what is on your iPod by
     selecting it from the list on the left.
7. When you are done, eject your iPod by
     clicking on the the 'eject' icon next to the
     iPod icon.

If you are having problems, see the IPOD HELP option from the HELP menu in iTunes.
