Raymond H. Drymalski is a partner at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP in the firm’s corporate department. He concentrates his practice in corporate and business law with an emphasis on governance, business counseling, and transactions. He advises clients in all stages of growth and in a variety of industries, including technology, health care, biotechnology, and not-for-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in governance, tax, finance, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Bell, Boyd & Lloyd in 1987, Mr. Drymalski was Chairman of the Executive Committee of Boodell, Sears, Giambalvo & Crowley. Previously, he was an officer of the Northern Trust Company and was in the Family Business Division. Also, Mr. Drymalski has devoted his efforts to civic involvement in Chicago's health care community.
