M. Hill Hammock is the former Vice Chairman of LaSalle Bank Corporation where he served as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he was responsible for many administrative operations for the North American offices, including subsidiaries LaSalle Bank and ABN AMRO Service Company. Mr. Hammock oversaw human resources, community affairs, facilities, operations, and technology for the Midwest group of banks. Mr. Hammock is also a member of the Bank's Executive, Credit Policy, and Asset/Liability Committees. He also holds the position of Senior Executive Vice President of ABN AMRO N.V. Before joining LaSalle, Mr. Hammock was Vice President and Manager of Associates Capital Corporation and a real estate officer at Continental Illinois National Bank.

Education

Mr. Hammock earned his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and his bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Georgia Tech.
