William Howell and Jon Pevehouse Honored with Neustadt Award

Associate professors William Howell and Jon Pevehouse won the Richard E. Neustadt Award for their book, While Dangers Gather: Congressional Checks on Presidential War Powers (Princeton University Press). Given by American Political Science Association, the award honors the best book on the American presidency published in the previous academic year.
