    Representatives from The Southwest Organizing Project, Southsiders Organizing for Unity and Liberation (SOUL), the Coalition for a Better Chinese-American Community, and Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN) answered questions from students about their organizations and how students can get involved.

    This year we honored Maria Bechily AM'85 for her great contributions to the Latino community, the field of public relations and the philanthropic community. The evening was filled with celebration and mingling with alumni and current students.

Since 2003, Minorities in Public Policy Studies (MIPPS) has proudly honored Harris School Alumni of Color through its annual Minority Alumni Awards. This reception has brought together, faculty, staff, alumni and current students to celebrate the personal and professional achievements of Harris School alumni.
