Jeremy Ebie

Jeremy Ebie, a guest author for CPR, is a student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he is Co-Chair of the Booth Government and Policy Group. Having worked for an investment bank in municipal finance before coming to Booth, Jeremy has concentrated his studies and school activities in infrastructure finance and privatization in the Americas. Additionally, he has traveled with MBA student groups to different countries to gain perspectives on how PPPs and privatization can enhance the United States infrastructure and economy. Jeremy graduated from Duke University with a BA in Political Science and holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Jonah is a second year student at the Harris School of Public Policy Studies. He is interested in the development and evaluation of programs aimed at helping low-income people to succeed in the workforce.
Jonathan Jones

Jonathan is a first year MPP at the Harris School of Public Policy Studies. He also holds a masters degree in Human Rights from the University of Manchester, where he studied gender-based asylum claims in the United Kingdom. His interests range from migration issues to problems of health care access for traditionally disadvantaged populations.

Michael Deschamps

The author has a background in business and social services administration, specifically adolescent program development and evaluation. Recent engagement in political dialogue has fostered a desire to take social policy development to a higher level; focusing on honest social problem identification, framing the issues in a manner that reduces polarity, and then driving solution oriented rhetoric in policy position statements made by political candidates. The author completed his undergraduate work at Trinity International University, completed two years of adolescent and family studies at Governor's State University, and a Master's Degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration in June of 2010.
