Ray Drymalski provides advisory and consulting services in the areas of health care, life sciences, governance, and management, resulting from his long service with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a Chicago academic medical center, and his law practice with a major Chicago law firm, Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP.
At Bell Boyd, Ray served as outside counsel for various businesses, including health care, life science, and a high technology defense company. He has deep experience in governance, executive compensation, compliance, tax, finance, commercial transactions, government contracting, and dispute resolution. In early 2009, Bell Boyd was combined with K&L Gates LLP, a global law firm in 36 cities on three continents. He retired from law practice in 2010.
He is a corporate officer of the defense company and is affiliating with a health care venture capital firm, both in Chicago.
Education
Mr. Drymalski has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. from Georgetown University.
