50000Internship: Public PolicyARR - ARR
Notes: The internship course may meet a distribution requirement, depending upon the internship. Before enrolling, students must have their employer submit a letter, on company letterhead to the Dean of Students office, with the following information: employment dates, number of hours worked per week, job responsibilities. If approved, the student must then find a full-time Harris faculty member to be their advisor for the course and the paper due at the end of the quarter. The internship form (found on the student intranet) must be signed by the instructor and submitted to the Dean of Students office BEFORE enrolling in the course. If permission is received, enter the section from the faculty list. This course can only be taken for a quality letter grade.

Notes: Non-credit course. Harris international students only. Students must have completed at least 3 qtrs of consecutive full time enrollment toward the MPP or MSESP or joint-degree. Research cannot begin before the final, offical day of the 3rd qtr. of consecutive enrollment.
