On the MaPP: Discover the Harris School
Each spring, the Harris School sponsors a program for admitted students to learn more about our programs and to speak frankly with the School's faculty and current students. Our most recent program took place April 11-12, 2008.
The acronym stands for, "On the Master's of Public Policy," and is intended to provide an overview of the School's faculty, curriculum, current student body, and University environment. The day's schedule enables prospective students to experience typical classroom instruction, acquaint yourself with popular programs and student organizations, as well as meet members of the School's faculty, staff, and current students.
A key benefit of attending the Harris School is its location in the City of Chicago - the nation's third largest city, one of the richest commercial and cultural centers in the country, and a natural laboratory for public policy research. Through this program, The Harris School will introduce you to some of the City's attractions.
